Nevada Health Link is proud to offer more insurance carriers, and more options for qualified health plans, than ever before. Many of these insurance carriers are names you already know — some of the most trusted providers of private health insurance in the state.

We’re incredibly proud of the vast number of plans and the range of choice in coverage and price that Nevadans can find on the online health insurance platform, Nevada Health Link. Our insurance carriers are the key to this choice. The combination of these carriers’ private health insurance plans, and the federal subsidies and easy-to-use, one-stop marketplace provided through Nevada Health Link, make for a powerful combination for insurance-seeking Nevadans.

This year, Nevada Health Link features seven different private insurance carriers, each with multiple plans at different price points. Nevada Health Link also partners with multiple dental carriers and offers vision plans through VSP.

Health Plan of Nevada is a United Healthcare company. The insurer has provided Nevadans with quality health care since 1982. The company prides itself on offering health plans to fit individual lifestyles and that match personal needs. 

SilverSummit Healthplan is a subsidiary of the Centene Corporation, a Fortune 500 company. SilverSummit believes in treating the whole person by breaking down barriers to accessing care, walking members through their benefits, and connecting them to what they need.

Anthem is a leading health company that, through its affiliated companies, serves more than 117 million people, including more than 45 million within its family of health plans. Anthem is dedicated to improving lives and communities, and to making healthcare simpler. One in eight Americans receives coverage for their medical care through Anthem’s affiliated plans.

SelectHealth is a not-for-profit health plan serving more than 900,000 members in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. The insurer was founded 35 years ago and strives to be a part of improving healthcare, from cost to quality. SelectHealth’s integration with Intermountain Healthcare helps the company ensure high-quality healthcare at the lowest possible cost for members.

Founded in 1853 in Hartford, Conn., Aetna is committed to providing individuals, employers, healthcare professionals, producers and others with innovative benefits, products, and services. Aetna is now a subsidiary company of CVS Health Corporation.

Hometown Health is Nevada’s largest not-for-profit insurance company. Established in 1988, Hometown Health is the insurance division of Renown Health and is Northern Nevada’s largest locally owned, not-for-profit insurance company providing wide-ranging medical coverage to members.
