If you are currently enrolled in a plan with Nevada Heath Link, you are considered an existing enrollee. Visit https://enroll.nevadahealthlink.com to log in to your account. Please call 1-800-547-2927 if you are having trouble logging in to your account.
Existing Enrollees
If you’re currently enrolled in a plan through Nevada Health Link, it’s important to review and update your information throughout the year and during Open Enrollment to make sure you’re receiving the right coverage and financial assistance.
We strongly recommend that you:
- Keep your application up to date year-round. Report changes such as income, household size, or address as soon as they happen to ensure your eligibility and savings remain accurate.
- Review your plan options during Open Enrollment. While most current enrollees will be automatically renewed into their existing plan, plan details and costs can change each year. Shopping and comparing plans helps you find coverage that best fits your needs and budget.
- Get free enrollment assistance. You can designate a certified agent/broker, navigator, or certified enrollment counselor for no-cost help. Use the Find Free Local Assistance link in your portal to connect with support near you. This assistance is availible year-round.
- Preview plans early. Beginning October 1, you can “window shop” qualified health and dental plans for the upcoming plan year to compare benefits, networks, and estimated costs before enrollment officially begins November 1.
Important information about Re-enrollment
If you take no action during Open Enrollment, you may be automatically re-enrolled in your current or a similar health insurance plan for the new plan year. However, to ensure you receive the correct amount of financial assistance starting January 1, you should review your application and confirm your plan selection before the enrollment deadline.
After enrolling in a plan, you must pay your first premium directly to your insurance company, not to Nevada Health Link. Follow the payment instructions and due dates provided by your carrier to activate your coverage.
To help avoid gaps in coverage or financial assistance, we encourage all enrollees to actively review and confirm their information and plan choice each year.
