The Silver State Health Insurance Exchange, Nevada’s Affordable Care Act health insurance marketplace, is a state agency that oversees the online marketplace known as Nevada Health Link. As a state agency, the Exchange may contract with chosen vendors in the state’s best interests to allow for purchasing, renting, leasing, etc. of certain projects, technology, or materials. All vendors are given an equal opportunity to do business with the State through the Department of Administration’s Purchasing Division.
