Brokers & Agents
All agents, brokers, and enrollment facilitators that provide enrollment assistance are required to complete the Nevada Health Link certification training. Our robust curriculum is designed to help you better understand the policies and procedures of Nevada Health Link (NVHL), and how to use the online application system to assist consumers.
ATTENTION: Non-resident producers (who aren’t currently certified with NVHL) will not be invited to certify with Nevada Health Link for upcoming plan years due to limited space for training certifications.

We’re excited to launch a brand-new series of virtual broker workshops designed to help you grow your skills, stay informed, and make the most of your partnership with Nevada Health Link. The first session kicks off on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, and will be held virtually via Zoom. Whether you’re new to the marketplace or a seasoned expert, these sessions will cover essential topics like completing the Intent to Sell, a step-by-step overview of the Nevada Health Link certification process, tips for navigating our enrollment platform and broker tools, and more. Registration is required — reserve your spot today.
The Broker Intent to Sell Form will be posted on this page by end of day Monday, June 2, 2025. Once your form is submitted and approved, you’ll receive an email on September 2, 2025, from trainer@learn.trakstar.com with a link to begin your 2026 Nevada Health Link Broker Certification.
Nevada Health Link uses Trakstar, an online Learning Management System (LMS), for certification training and testing. Anyone who wishes to become certified with Nevada Health Link must create an account in the LMS system to complete the training.
Please note: It is the producer’s responsibility to make sure that they are appointed with all of the carriers offering Qualified Health Plans (QHPs) through Nevada Health Link. Payment of commissions will be governed by the agreement between the broker/agent and the carrier. All commissions will be payable by participating carriers and not by Nevada Health Link.
By opting-in with Nevada Health Link and providing your contact information, you will be listed in our broker directory. Consumers will be able to search by zip code or name. The tool will utilize a database of contact information for all licensed brokers who are listed.
Brokers and Agents can call Rebecca Lomazzo with the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange at 775-434-9112 or please send an email to brokersupport@exchange.nv.gov
