Certain changes in an individual’s life can make them eligible for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) and allow them to enroll at any time during the year. Examples of qualifying life events include: loss of employer-based coverage, moving or turning 26, and changes in family size through marriage, divorce or the birth of a child.
Nevada Health Link's Response to COVID-19
We are closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and working with local, state and federal government agencies and health care partners to ensure the health and safety of the Nevadans we serve. Nevada Health Link opened a 90-day Special Enrollment Period (SEP) for uninsured Nevadans, starting February 15 through May 15, 2021. The SEP is in accordance with the Executive Order issued by President Biden last month, in response to the ongoing national emergency presented by COVID-19. Learn Moreclose
