Nevada Health Link uses an In-Person Assistance Search Tool, which is used by Nevadans to search for brokers, Navigator organizations and In Person Assisters (IPA) throughout the state. Consumers are able to search by zip code, name or keyword. The Tool utilizes a database of contact information for all licensed brokers, Navigator organizations and certified IPA’s who choose to be listed. If you would like to be included in this database or need to make an edit to an existing record, please complete the following form to ensure your name/agency name and contact information is included in our database. Terms and Conditions for Find-an-Assister Tool

Listing on the Nevada Health Link Find-an-Assister is optional: You are not required to list your information with the In-Person Assistance Search Tool (“the Tool”) to serve as a broker, Navigator organization, assister or certified application counselor for persons seeking coverage through Nevada Health Link.

You may only furnish information to the Tool for you or a person (including business or other legal entity) for whom you are a legal agent, and all location information submitted to the Tool must be a complete physical and mailing address. You may not provide a P.O. Box, General Delivery, or fictitious address in your listing.

Maintenance of continued accuracy of your information on the Tool is your responsibility:

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information appearing under your name under the Tool.
  • You agree not to furnish misleading information to the Tool and that in the event that the on-line information displayed concerning you is misleading, you agree to immediately inform Nevada Health Link.
  • Nevada Health Link does not guarantee against hacking or other introduction of errors in the on-line display of your information. You should monitor the information and alert Nevada Health Link if any errors appear after you furnish information.

Requests for updating your information on the Tool must be made in writing. Except to correct misleading information or errors not due to your fault or the fault of a person acting on your behalf, or to cause removal of your information due to a termination, revocation or suspension of your license or certificate as a broker, navigator, assister, or certified application counselor or for reasons expressly approved by Nevada Health Link, you are limited to one update every fourteen days.

Nevada Health Link provides the Tool at no charge as a service to brokers, Navigator organizations, assisters, certified application counselors and persons seeking their assistance in obtaining coverage. Nevada Health Link reserves the complete and unconditional right to curtail at any time this service or discontinue the service as a whole and may deny the service to those who violate these terms and conditions.

You agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Nevada Health Link for any claims of liability due to your negligent or willful conduct, due to inaccuracy of information that you have furnished or have allowed to remain on display, or due to a violation by you of these terms and conditions.
